Questions at easy, medium and hard levels. Pick a level and get a fresh set every time, with instant feedback.

Learn it Use the Pythagorean theorem twice for a box: first the floor diagonal, then with the height. Box diagonal $= \sqrt{l^2 + w^2 + h^2}$.

Example: Find the diagonal of a 3 × 4 × 12 box.

  1. Floor diagonal: $\sqrt{9 + 16} = 5$.
  2. With height: $\sqrt{25 + 144} = \sqrt{169}$.
  3. $= 13$.
