Questions at easy, medium and hard levels. Pick a level and get a fresh set every time, with instant feedback.

Learn it The zeros (x-intercepts) are where y = 0. Factor, then set each factor equal to 0.

Example: Zeros of $y = x^2 - 2x - 8$.

  1. Factor: $(x - 4)(x + 2) = 0$.
  2. $x - 4 = 0$ or $x + 2 = 0$.
  3. $x = 4$ or $x = -2$.
